	Sales Representatives: Our Sales representatives, who are trained and experienced in the refrigeration sector, find personalised solutions to suit our customers’ requirements, with the highest possible guarantees. The Pecomark Group’s sales team is the main information provider and adviser on products in the Commercial and Industrial Catalogue. Our sales team receives continuous training to ensure a level of knowledge of the products which distinguishes them from our competitors. In addition, they are the main driving force behind the testing of new products which will set market trends.
	Sales Engineers: The Pecomark Group has engineers who specialise in refrigeration products and installations; these engineers provide training to both customers and employees of the Pecomark Group. Their task is to search for new and innovative products for the benefit of both installers and customers. They also design customised refrigeration machinery according to installers’ specifications with regard to dimensions, products to be refrigerated, temperature and humidity. They design computer programs to facilitate the calculation and control of our customers’ systems. They give technical support in the correct selection of suitable components for each installation.
