PECOMARK INDUSTRIAL, the manufacturing division of the PECOMARK GROUP, was established in 1993 as an independent company within the group. From the beginning, it was created as a platform to supply a new line of business born out of the demand for more technically sophisticated products in the industrial and commercial cold-storage industry. It has now become an essential means of channelling the group’s expansion. It has already grown in the field of distributing accessories, tools and small equipment through new product lines, such as large refrigeration units and other equipment and more complete assemblies intended for large installations. 



Our staff are a group of young professionals motivated to attain personal development through knowledge and continuous training. Although they maintain their industrial identity, they can also adapt to the philosophy conveyed by the PECOMARK GROUP’s sales division, based on knowledge of the product, the requirements of the sector and above all the willingness to serve, as proved by the confidence given by over 12,000 customers.


The PECOMARK INDUSTRIAL facilities in Cabrera de Mar are constantly being converted, modernised and expanded, to adapt to the new reality of the PECOMARK GROUP.

This reflects the group’s experience of the frequent renovation in the world of cooling, with new manufacturing designs and continuous process improvements to achieve better production capacity and optimum product costs, while maintaining the highest possible level of quality.

Manufacturing

The main activity of PECOMARK INDUSTRIAL is the manufacture of refrigeration equipment for industrial and commercial refrigeration. Due to the fact that we constantly seek and research new technologies in both refrigeration design and construction, and to the talent of our experienced technical department, we are able to respond to, understand and contribute knowledge for all our customers’ needs and ideas. Our supply ranges from units and small standard systems, as detailed in our catalogues, up to the most complicated equipment for any application in the refrigeration world, such as high-power, multi-circuit or cooling stations for meat, fish or chemical industries, medium-sized grocery shops and superstores, etc.

All equipment is manufactured following demanding quality guidelines, with each unit documented in accordance with all the requirements laid down by European standards, which include the CE mark and declaration of conformity for all refrigeration stations or the manufacturer’s certificate. We also keep a file on our equipment for a period of 10 years, thus guaranteeing traceability of all components included in assemblies, drawings, photographs and diagrams to facilitate long-term maintenance.

Finally, we are committed to research, imagination, innovation and investment in a sustainable product which generates greater respect for the environment. Our new refrigeration developments are focused on energy saving, a clean manufacturing process, a construction design which uses fewer raw materials and, above all, a standard of quality which ensures the longest possible life for PECOMARK equipment, which is definitely the best formula for minimising its environmental impact.

Repairs and parts supply

PECOMARK INDUSTRIAL facilities also have a specific division for the repair and overhaul of refrigeration compressors on site. This division carries out diagnoses, checks under guarantee and repairs of all compressors, not only Bitzer and Frascold but also other brands, which all PECOMARK GROUP branches can accept, whatever the fault.



The experience of having processed over 10,000 semi-hermetic compressors over the last few years qualifies us to maintain a direct relationship with major European manufacturers and to collaborate in the development of their product and manufacturing process. We do this through constant information feedback generated by both our diagnostic statistics and the close relationships between Pecomark’s sales team and the installer, and between the installer and the end user. 



We have a highly trained and specialised staff, a repair workshop with sophisticated machinery and tooling and specialised tools for each stage in the complex repair process. The exclusive use of original spare parts for each brand and meticulous quality control are the main ingredients of the formula which give us the peace of mind of a job well done. This results in a compressor with the same reliability, guarantee, identical characteristics and performance as the original 

PECOMARK INDUSTRIAL also manages the service of supplying original Bitzer and Frascold spare parts from its warehouse, where over 4,000 stock references are managed for immediate delivery to any part of Spain.
